Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Systems (Integration) Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems

· Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)

· Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication

· Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics

· Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status

· Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in STEM

· 7+ years of experience

· Active Secret clearance

· MDA (or DoW) Experience

· Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)

· Excellent organization and communication skills

· Experience with systems integration

Desired Qualifications

· Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)

· Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders

· Experience developing digital tools or dashboards

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in STEM Discipline
